About

Behind the Scenes
When I’m not working, you’ll find me living out a grounded life as a proud mum to two adult children and two energetic cockapoos.
I wasn't always living this intentionally, but today, my life is deeply aligned with values-based living.
I have learned that well-being is a daily practice. I cherish early nights and peaceful early mornings, and because exercise keeps me mentally balanced, if you run into me, there’s a high chance you'll find me in gym kit, ready to go. I’m also a 'give it a go' DIYer who loves tackling new projects just to see what I'm capable of.
That same curiosity drives how I live and work: learning to let go of old expectations, leaning into what truly matters, and proving that we are almost always stronger and more capable than we realise.
My Journey & Approach
Since 2008, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside adults, young people, and families in some of the most challenging circumstances. But I bring more than just professional experience; I also have my own lived experiences of family estrangement, divorce, parental suicide, anxiety, depression, menopause, and ADHD.
Over the years, I’ve learned one fundamental truth: life is simply too short to stay stuck, unsure, or unfulfilled.
My approach isn't about clinical distance or one-size-fits-all fixes. It’s about meeting you exactly where you are, honoring your unique story, and collaborating with you to discover healthier, more sustainable ways of coping as you move forward.
